Communal Flooring Installed.....

(July 2018) First floor of communal flooring installed, ready for soft launch at Nottingham development.....

Moved away from traditional communal area carpet to carpet tiles for this development in Nottingham.  Carpet tiles can offer greater flexibility and cost savings over the long term as specific tiles can be replaced if required, as opposed to the entire length of carpet.  Traditionally used in office developments, carpet tiles are now moving into the residential development market and there are some exciting designs and colour permutations available.
