Specialists in making properties stand out from the crowd...

Who We Work With

If you're a developer or builder, or indeed a homeowner with your own development, renovation or refurbishment project, then the specification process can be a distraction as well as daunting, time consuming and confusing. Making sure you specify appropriate exterior and interior products, with the right conformance, the right look and at the right price, is often an area that is overlooked, can be a budget breaker and can compromise the overall success of a project, irrespective of whether you're selling or living in the property.

What We Offer

At Re-Styled, we offer a comprehensive, knowledgeable and considered service working closely with our clients to ensure that their properties achieve the desired requirements and stand out from the crowd.  We'll work closely with you to understand your design objectives and will suggest suitable options that deliver both in style and affordability. Our specifications include everything from bricks and mortar selections, windows and doors, kitchens and bathrooms through to flooring, staircases, overall colour consultancy, lighting and feature fireplaces.

For a project to be successful, the individual elements have to cohesively work together to create the appropriate wow factor, be within budget and have to be sympathetic to the overall style of the build.  As part of our service, we also review project drawings, to ensure that they provide the best flow and work for you now and into the future - being emotionally unattached to the project helps us to help you and can even save you money on your overall build costs.

With a team of sub-contractors at hand, Re-Styled can then either project manage the fit-out works required or, we'll pass the specifications over to your own contractors to manage.
